With over 8 years of experience in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, Nicco LoCascio, founder & CEO of Purpose Works Consulting Group, brings a proven track record of results-driven leadership and innovation. Beginning his career as a targeted case manager, Nicco developed firsthand expertise in supporting youth and families through complex systems of care. His direct service experience shaped his ability to create practical, people-centered solutions that balance accountability with compassion.

Building on that foundation, Nicco went on to oversee 11 judicial circuits across Central and South Florida, where he successfully managed the largest home detention program in the country. Under his leadership, the program achieved a 93.3% completion rate, ensuring that participants avoided re-arrest and consistently appeared in court. His work has centered on program expansion, operational innovation, and organizational leadership, consistently delivering outcomes that strengthen systems and communities.
