Grievance & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-impact leadership development, executive coaching, and workforce consulting with complete professional integrity, clarity, and accountability.

Grievance Procedure

Refund Terms

Participants may submit concerns or grievances regarding program services, instruction, staff, accessibility, or program administration directly to Purpose Works Consulting Group. Grievances may be submitted verbally or in writing to the Program Director. Purpose Works will review the concern, gather relevant information, and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Participants will not face retaliation for submitting a good-faith grievance. If the concern cannot be resolved informally, the participant may request a formal written review and final determination.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with the participant’s enrollment agreement and applicable funding requirements. If a participant withdraws prior to the start of training, any refundable tuition paid directly by the participant will be returned, less any clearly disclosed nonrefundable fees. For withdrawals after training begins, refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the portion of training completed and the terms of the funding or enrollment agreement. Payments made by a workforce agency or third-party sponsor will be refunded or adjusted in accordance with that organization’s requirements.

All formal grievances are acknowledged within 2 business days and assigned to an executive reviewer. Investigation and proposed resolutions are delivered in writing within 10 business days.
